Way to 'bulk change' one word/phrase in name of several folders in parent folder?

    Is there any tool or software for XPpro that would make it possible to 'bulk change' one word (or phrase) in name of several folders in a parent folder (ie not need to go to each folder and change one duplicate word or phrase in folder names one at a time)?
