WD 2TB EARS GreenQ about the 8-pin block on the back.

    First of all I re-tried my apparently failed HDD again, found out it was a bad cable, I always retry my HW first before sending it back.;) Alas it's working!:dancer One thing that I never noticed before was that there was an 8-pin bay for jumpers, like in the old IDE's, Master/ Slave etc. I googled but couldn't find any info. Can any kind soul point me in the right direction? Thanks.:)

    Aah, SATA 3 settings, thanks tgell as the drive is on my 2600K ATM, I remember SSC being mentioned in the BIOS. Why couldn't I find that on google?:confused Just a rhetorical question.;) Thanks for the info.:) Lots of studying to do now.
