wdengine.dll error

A couple of weeks ago a trojan by the name of dropper.funweb.a. was found on my computer. I did a scan with AVG and it said it removed it. It seems ever since then, my comuter hasn't been right.

I have run Ad Aware and it remove everything it found which was just cookies. Then I ran Spybot S&D it ran like normal until it tried to remove the spyware. It came up with a "wdengine.dll" not found error and I had to shut it down. Needless to say, the wild tangent and a couple of other things are still in there. I have also run CWShredder.

The computer drive seems to be almost constantly working and takes FOREVER to finish loading at startup. Also my message rules in my e-mail program was reset and I lost all of my restore points in system restore.

Are all these problems related to the trojan or are they a separate issue?
