Web 2.0 site template, php

Hey everyone,
I am looking to purchase a web 2.0 site template.

I want a site that uses AJAX and operates like www.recruiting.com.

Anyone have any suggestions on where I might look, whom I might talk to?

unclematty, that would be above and beyond a template in the strictest meaning of the word. Granted I'm not familiar with PHP, but to buy something that is AJAX enabled is not really buying a template. AJAX requires hooking up events using javascript and those events depend on what you're trying to perform. So that's probably why you are having a hard time finding what you want; no one knows your business model and unless you're willing to drop coin on an out-of-the-box solution like phpnuke or dotnetnuke, I don't think you're going to find what you're looking for.
