web based language to modify/create pdf

    I'm quite new to website development.

    What I want to do is have the user fill out a form (ie name, date, address) and then click submit.
    This takes the user to a pdf they have to fill in, with those parts from the previous form already done.


    Is there any method of doing this?

    We could use more information pertaining to what programming languages you are using. This would help out which freeware software would be better.
