Web cam freezes on.

    My webcam either freezes or doesn't work when I try to video chat. I have a Dell Inspiron 1525, I just got it last year. Not sure what it is, but it will work then freeze on and only turn off when I do a hard reset. Then other times it doesn't want to turn on at all then I do a hard reset again and it works.
