    Hello everyone,

I often come to this site to get recommendations on programs, and trust the advice I receive here. This is my first forum question. I am hoping someone can give me some advice.

I tried to build a website for our small psychology practice using Westel's WebsiteOS EasySite Wizard. They registered our domain name and we use thier cable/phone bundled services. The program seems impossible to me, has hardly any functions and seems unstable. Their tech support answer is always to upgrade to the next package. I am reluctant to keep using them or upgrade given my experience with this one. It could just be that I am an inexperienced user though.

Does anyone have any feedback? Does anyone have a recommendation for an alternate web hosting company? Is it better to use one specific to my industry like a medical based hosting company rather than a general one, or does it really matter?

Thank you for your time and consideration, Stacie

Godaddy.com is very popular, as is dreamhost.com or many others. If your not comfortable with your webhost, look for another, theres too many fish in the webhosting sea, to eat a rotten one :)
