Web page or Site?

I was wondering if there was a site that you could make your own web page or if not maybe a site that you can use for free to host your images or post on?

There are several free apps for building your own web site too, if you're inclined to be creative and learn a little in the process:

I haven't necessarily used these, I just found 'em here at Major Geeks, but NVU and Kompozer are VERY highly rated, and DynamicHTML is no slouch either....

I think you can also create a WordPress blog which is free and allows you to post pictures, plus there are free image hosting sites like ImageShack and PhotoBucket.
