on our bank home page where we log in it is remenbering our ssn and I can't delete it. Is this something that I can do (and if yes please tell me how) or should I contact bank and they will take care of this.

Your bank will advise you it is in your browser, and there is nothing they can do about it, due to you need to do the following if you are using Internet Explorer:

1) Click on Tools
2) When Menu shows, click on Internet Options
3) When box opens, click on Content Tab
4) Then in 'AutoComplete', click on Settings, then you will uncheck any boxes that are checked.
5) Then after you click 'Okay', then go back to 'General' tab and click on Delete Temp files, and Browsing History.

That should pretty much sum it up. If you are using Firefox, you have to go to CTRL+Shift+Del and that will clear the Private data.
