"Web page unavailable while offline" dialog wont go away.

    I cant get rid of this dialog box. On startup it always pops up. Its has a "Connect" button and a "Stay Offline" button. Ive got dialup so when im offline ill click that button and it just keeps coming back, but will go away for a small time when i am online and click connect. I got a feeling its spyware and ive ran adaware and microsoft antispyware, but it still comes back. Im running XP w/ SP2, and IE 6, but i have since switched to firefox. Any ideas?

    Adaware and Micro$$oft AntiSpware aren't exhaustive, so I would still suspect Spyware.

    I suggest you pay a visit to the SPYWARE FORUM and pay particular attention to the "stickies".
