Web Site Blocked By NETGEAR Firewall

    im faced with this problem Web Site Blocked By NETGEAR Firewall when ever i go to download websits . the funny thing is that im not using a netgear router and out of the 10 pc on the wireless network only mine is affected ,i have tried to repair the operating system but did not work and ive noticed that it slowest pc when im surfing the internet, it is running on service pack 3 xp, i run malware byts, SUPERAntiSpy and Microsoft security essentials and nothing has worked.
    anyone please help
