Webbase pop-up problem

I am exasperated with a pop-up that keeps happening whenever I move about in the folder sections of my Microsoft Outlook Web Access. The pop-up keeps asking for a "imeclnt.msi"file which is obviously missing from my harddrive. This all started when I attempted to synchronize my Outlook 2003 with my webbase e-mail exchange account (S/MIME). I just want to get this out of the way. The support is useless since all they recommended for me to do is to erase the Outlook profile from the Ctrl panel. Please help because I am at wits end.

I'm assuming the OS is XP SP2? If so, try this:
1. Log on to Outlook Web Access.
2. In the lower right pane, click Options.
3. In the E-mail Security area, click Download.

Thanks for the quick reply. I am on XP Pro SP3 and there is no lower right panel with an option setting. However, I did manage to find it on the lower left panel under options\email security\download. The program ran but the following error occurred -

"Another installation is already in progress. Complete that installation before proceeding with this install"

I guess I need to deactivate the previous pop-up first before the second update can be used. Please advise.
