Webcam software and AIM?

Is there software that integrates with AIM that would allow you to have one click access to doing a vide chat? I cant believe its not built in. While I am aware there are programs that do it, I am looking for something a novice can setup easily.

Yup, BuddyVision looks ok, trying that now, dont know if I have a camera here though...

use m$ netmeeting. It streams video, audio, and such apps like a whiteboard. You can also do app sharing through it. I use it. (but only for voice, because i'm on dialup.)

(netmeeting comes with windows)

Eyeball Chat is a neat little program, found it awhile ago. Has video and voice chat, but I don't use the voice chat, skype is better.

But, does it integrate with AIM? The people using it need to install it and be able to simply click to begin video through AIM, like the programs Star mentioned...
