I recently purchased a logitech quickcam pro 5000, and after the install, it started giving me an error message saying "windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I' am the computer adminstrator as I'm the only account on this computer (though I have 2 accounts while in safe mode, nevertheless, my current account status says adminstrator). My webcam works it's just that the software that came with it doesn't work well, it's giving me that error message. I think it's trying to add something to the registry. Can somebody help me, please?
