Webcam software wanted for still, video & FTP

I have a USB Microsoft LifeCam VX-6000 ready to go. Here's my wish list for software to control it:

    1. It will take a still pic every X minutes and store it with a serial number in the hard drive location of my choice as JPG with capture resolution and JPG settings user configurable.

    2. It will add a date & time to the image and FTP it to a web site using the same name each time, so it will overwrite the previous image (like "today.jpg")

    3. It will provide a streaming video to any number of users. Ideally, it will show this continuous video (could be low-res and low frame rate) to anyone who visits a specific URL (one-to-many).

    4. It can be set to turn on & off according to the time of day (I don't want to waste bandwidth or storage at night, since there won't be any image).

I realize the motion requirements in #3 might conflict with still images, and if so, I might have to have two separate cams and each run their own software. I'll accept this if I have to.

Shareware would be best, but I don't mind paying for good software.

    Anyone have any recomendations?
