Webcam Sound Not Coming Through Speakers

I am using 64 bit windows 10 on a Compaq desktop
I make broadcasts using Zoom app using a Logitech c170 webcam
I am able to set up the webcam's microphone as default mic but no sounds from the mic comes through my speakers
Ideally I would like to see and hear others through audio and video also to hear myself too
Ive tried Audacity but I'm only able to see the4 mic is working but still no sound
I'm a little lost with Audacity
All I really want is a simple mixer where I can select inputs and the output so that all will work together
Could someone please advise
