webcam streamline?

    I have a webcam like I would like to be able to setup a perminant feed from. Its a logitech, but the software that came with it does not have the ability to setup a streamline video. I do have an FTP site I can use to host it. I would like to be able to email people a URL where they can view the webcam 24 hours a day. Is this possible? Is there any easy software I could use to do this for me? Thanks a lot in advance
