Webcam

I was looking at a USB WebCam and I use Win7.

I was looking at the Razor Key O WebCam on YouTube.

I See it has a Light Ring around it to Set how it Lights you.
Does this WebCam have a Mic. and should I look for anather one?

I will just use it for Web Chats.
