Webcams already in use

    Hey guys

    I have a webcam which was working fine until today. Now when I start it says 'unable to access webcam - currently in use by another program'
    I have uninstalled/installed it to no avail.

    Anyone have any clue why its doing this and what i can do to rectify the prob.
