Webhosting?

    I'm in the need of some cheap webhosting, but there are so many to choose from and now a days they are all cheap. What do you guys in your opinions think the best paid webhosting is. I'll need php, mysql, domain, and a few subdomains. I also want phpmyadmin and cpanel but I'm pretty sure thats standard now a days thanks.
