Webmail???

    Need to know where the messages from webmail are stored. Are they on the server side or the client side? A friend as peoplepc and having problems retrieving her webmail. I suggested using outlook express as then her mail would be store on her drive and she could recall them anytime. Not sure if I gave her correct advice.

    If you are talking about through a web browser, it is stored on the server side, until it reaches the age the provider has set for e-mails then they get deleted. Thunderbird isn't a bad e-mail client either.

    As far as I know it is through her browser. I keep telling her to use outlook exress or another email program. I don't think she understands.
