Webroot - So Secure I Can't Use It Lol

I bought Webroot originally just over a year ago and it worked great for the price paid I was very happy. A year on (October) and I buy a new license go to renew and all went well until about two days in after renewal. It tells me my license is expired. So I go to login to their website and it's an absolute ORDEAL. 9 charter password that I can't remember then some random digits form a code that I don't know so.. reset both get locked out for 15 minutes along the way and I realize what's going on here. If I have to write down both the password and the code to get in then those security features are worthless! So anyway I get into the site and get lost just trying to find support, it's usually a big button on the top of most websites not here. I go dig through account and there it is. So into support but wait.. got to enter that password that I've forgotten yet again because apparently I can't remember anything that complex.. so password reset yet AGAIN.

Anyway I got everything fixed with the license both PC and Laptop are protected but I gave up 3 months ago trying to get it on my phone because.. we'll it's easier to use ANYTHING else but this product. Well my phone dies so I reset it and decide (stupidly) to install Webroot again.. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE MISTAKE. I'm back to locked out of my account not remembering the overly complex password because.. I didn't write it down because I NEVER write down something that's secure? I also don't remember the security code LOL. I'm just never buying shit from these guys ever again. It's that secure you can't ever use it. Seriously who at that company thought all of this crap was a good idea?

Sorry I'm really annoyed at that company every single time I try to do anything with their software I get locked out. Well they can keep it. I need a new AV and Webroot needs to give me a refund.
