webroot

    I went to install Web root Spy Sweeper in my e-machine today so I uninstalled AVG Anti Virus and the older copy of Web Root Sweeper.

    I then installed Web roots Anti virus with Spy Sweeper and I recieved the following message.

    *This application has failed to start do to Wrid.dll was not found.

    Can anyone tell me what I need to do to fix this?

    Thank you Laura for the tip. I agree Webroot is a great product for spyware though this is the first time I have used their Anti-Virus.
