Webshots desktop installation problem

    Having big problems installing latest version of webshots desktop, as usual they will not allow me to use my existing desktop fully until I download the new software, which will not install. I have tried uninstalling the version I have, and using restore points, plus disabling my firewall and anti-virus etc. Nothing seems to solve the issue. The update works fine on other machines. I am running windows Vista. The installation always stops and displays an error screen during the actual software install. I will provide a screen cap of what the error message says below..

    Hi

    Are the other PCs using Vista?

    If not then try this right click the setup file to Webshots Desktop and choose Run as Administrator, does that work ok?

    also if you have Spybot S&D installed disable it until Webshots has been installed as it can stop registry entries being installed.

    already tried running it as admin, still does the same thing.

    The other pc's are running XP.
