Website font went bold after downloading Byki

I finally downloaded the Byki software update, & now all the websites have bold font! Byki has never given me a problem before. I can't swear that was the problem, but I wasn't trying to do anything else & Firefox wasn't trying to update either. Fix for this?
I've got Windows XP & the latest Firefox.
I checked on a document & as far as I can tell I still have Times New Roman & Courier New fonts. In case that matters.

Firefox has a setting using the menu bar under Tools\Options\Content\Fonts & Colors...
CCleaner has the option to delete the font cache Under Windows\System & under applications there is a Firefox\Mozilla section. I see Byki is a free language learning software, didn't know that. If all else fails try a complete uninstall and reinstall of Firefox. Funny how a glitch like that is maddening.:banghead

 

It sounds like your Fonts got updated and it de-reg'd the Arial Font on your system. So your browser defaulted to the bold version of Arial. Try restarting your computer, this will re register the fonts on the system. I would say that if you continue to have bold fonts, Contact the manufacturer. I found the email address for there Technical Support: Support@Transparent.com
