website memory

    This is probably a dumb question but how do i stop the drop down box that appears on search engines remembering all the sites that i have visted.

    if you use IE, the goto Tools > Internet Options > Content > you will see a button names Autocomplete click that and untick Forms and then to clear past saved info click Clear Forms.

    Alternatively you could use an app like CCleaner to clear all the stored past info on your PC

    I know that if you just press delete while a word is highlighted that also works for most search engines.
