Website/Music Issue

    My computer is acting up, what i mean is that if I try to listen to music on (MORPHEUS) it does nothing same with videos. On the web I try to go to my hotmail account and it loads but the screen is blank (nothing on it). on download.com I tried to download something and it does nothing. Please help.

    Try the following steps and let me know what happens.

    1. Start
    2. All Programs
    3. Accessories
    4. Entertainment
    5. Windows Media Player
    6. Click on the tab "Tools"
    7. Options
    8. Click on the tab "File Types"
    9. Click on the "Select All" button
    10 Click Apply then OK

    Hopefully this will fix your problem if not let me know.
