I called Sprint to see if they are neg caching it, no answer yet

the problem of no page for willjgreen.com also happened on DSL at my office, and on my wireless card. That makes me suspect
Windows.

i reset the dns cache values, and also turned off dns caching to no avail

My first recommendation to you would be to try running CCleaner to clean temp files. Please do so, and try again. Let us know how things work out for you.
