websites blocked

My acess to 2 websites is totally blocked. The first one,www.fotki.com
was blocked over a month ago, now I'm blocked from yahoo mail.
I suspect a process running in the backround. I cann't get to login page as those are blocked too. HELP!!!!!!! These are both paid accounts. Don:confused

 

You'll have to talk to your network administrator. We can't help you circumvent security setups.

 

this is a home computer. I've contacted fotki support, brighthouse support,
paid HP $149 for 6 months support and the only thing they came up that might work with was to reinstall windows!!!!!!!!! Don:cry

 

yes, when ie didn't work I went to firefox.:confused

 

my acess to yahoomail is back, fotki is still blocked.:confused

norton toolbar phishing
sweept for fotki and removed what I found
emailed fotki support to get ip address
sweept for hosts got 24 files
