Websites cant be accessed?

Hello, you guys were a great help a few years ago. Hoping for some breif help once again..? 2 websites I basically frequent the most with my browsers canl no longer be found with(both IE and Netscape).. the websites are www.heritagespringer.com and www.findlocalweather.com. I know these worked 1 1/2 days ago
I tried a website you recommended in another thread and was able to ping the heritagespringer site (75.126.158.24)
I ran CCleaner and its still the same.:cry.its like the sites dont exist but I heard they are working?
I'm running windows ME and netscape 7.2

I did a system restore and everything is now working?..should I not worry about it? thanks
