Nick, you can put your specs in your sig: User CP > Edit Signature

I know it's early in this thread yet, but seeing all that Norton stuff you're running, it's gotta be taking a serious bite out of your system resources. It'll take some time and effort on your part, but everything you're doing with Norton can be done better (and cheaper, usually for free) with specialized utilities. Some personal recommendations:

    AV - Avast
    Anti-spyware - Ad-aware, Spybot, SpywareBlaster
    Defrag - Diskeeper or O&O
Backup - I use Windows backup *ducks*;) to a backup hard disk
    General disk/system cleanup - CrapCleaner
Registry maintenance - ERUNT, RegSupreme, RegSeeker, RegCleaner

All the above are here on MG.

Also it's critical to either visit Windows Update or have Windows configured to auto-update.

I don't backup everything, only what would be lost if my C: drive died.

    Documents
    Pictures
    Downloads
    System State (includes Registry)
    User profiles

You can also use ERUNT to backup and compact the registry

[Edit] Your sig is crankin now dude :)
