Weekly Maintenance

Right now, I am using the following apps for my weekly maintenance. Along with regular updates, are there any other safeguards that I should be doing? Also, is there any particular order they should be done?

ERUNT
AdAware
SpyBot S&D
CCleaner
RegSupreme
HD Cleaner
windows-prefetch-clean-and-control
MS DeFRAG
REGOPT

Note: With the exception of MS Defrag, all proggies were downloaded from MG. WHAT A SITE!!! Thank you Major Geeks.

all good apps there, one thing i use myself is ERUNT also available here at MGs

i use this to make a full back-up of my registry before i start any cleaning, and then i use the REGOPT facility to optimize my registry when all my weekly maintenance is complete
