    Hey Geeks! :)

So, I got a Flash Memory stick to transfer some data between my laptop and my desktop. Well, for my laptop, I had to download a driver for the stick cause I was running Win98. But, for my desktop (specs in the sig), I didn't need anything, so I just plugged it in.

Well, I did just that. Plugged it into the desktop and transfered said data, but when I rebooted, I noticed something a little fishy. The boot screen, you know the black screen that shows the BIOS version and what processor you've got and such, didn't look the same...it was way off center. And, more importantly, there was no promt for me to "hit F2 to enter setup." Also, when I tried to hit F2 to enter the setup, nothing happened; it just kept on going and booted into Windows (no problems there...everything runs fine).

I am running a Phoenix BIOS (I think...right now, I am at work using my laptop, so I can't get to my BIOS specs for the desktop).

Any ideas what could be the problem? Am I going to have to "flash my BIOS"? I don't want to do that, cause from what I read around here it seems like a risky action.

    Thanks for your help!
