Weird error message on Start-Up

You need to update/reinstall your wireless network card driver. I'm going to assume its a Dlink device.

 

Yes, it's part of your wifi drivers, however, a bit of research shows that the process can be terminated (and probably the file removed) with no ill effects. This is what I read in some other forums, and it may have been particular to that situation, so be careful. Anyway- follow Adrynalyne's advice and see if that fixes the problem. You can also check your start up list in msconfig and see if the file is mentioned there. Simply unchecking the box should stop the error; or check the registry start-up keys for that file and remove the entries. The registry start-up keys commonly have entries that are not listed in msconfig. But if you're not familiar with the registry and the keys I'm talking about, don't mess with it. I won't list the keys here; if you know what I'm referring to, you don't need me to list the keys. If you don't know what the keys are already, it's probably better that you don't go poking around in the registry....

 

I wasn't around to install the DLink equipment on this system, I have the software ready, would I be able to get you to help me reinstall it and check/enable the sort of encryption I can put on it please?

That worked perfectly, but on start-up the AirPlus XtremeG folder in Program Files opens automatically. Any way on stopping that?
