There is a known trojan that exploits this, I would do a system scan using our readme in malware or at least do a scan with SuperAntispyware or similar, trusted program.

Once you have scanned, if your clean, then we will need more details, for example what your running when it crashes.

okay major.. i ran the scan super anti-spyware, and malwarebytes anti-malware.. even in safemode.. found nothing..i forgot to say this also, stoned, but when i go into Device Manager theres yellow exclamation points by theses names.. "Coprocessor", "Other PCI Bridge Device", and "SM Bus Controller".. well i tried fixing them and used windows hardware updater they have.. popped the cd that came in with my motherboard and it searched and fixed all the errors.. it also fixed them when i downloaded the drivers and stuff for the motherboard off their site (MSI).. but when i restart.. starts to bios and everything fine for a sec.. then bam! blue screen, restarts.. then i goes to the screen where i have the option to change to start windows normally, or used the last configuration that worked, etc.. if i choose normally, it does the same blue screen crap, but if i start with my last used config that worked, its fine.. :S

As he said, starting to sound like a hardware problem. If you updated all the drivers and your still getting exclamation points in device manager, then you need to remove the hardware to see if it fixes the problem. Sadly, in this case, that sounds like the motherboard, so no easy way to diagnose this without an expert and a workbench. Sorry and good luck.

i can get them to disappear.. i installed the right drivers i got with my motherboard and it fixed! its just when i turn my computer off.. then turn it back on, shows bios, then i get the blue screen of death, then it restarts.. :S
