Weird Gtx 1060 Performance (crystalized White Marks)

I've recently had a problem with my graphic card performance. I first noticed it when I ran the Epic Games Launcher, and at the store screen, the image started to be deteriorized by small dots that ended up crystalizing the ad (Pictures added). I also noticed that as I passed over with the mouse they dissapeared, to start its process again. When I run RDR2, I noticed those white marks in the quality of the graphics, but the game does not have any issues running. It performed perfectly couple weeks ago.

I unistalled both epic games launcher and drivers, but it kept happening. Besides, as I installed the drivers from geforce experience for studio driver, the game ready ones unistalled. I updated everything in Windows but no change.
