Weird Problem.

Since I got my new computer I've been playing games alot, But one of the problems with it is that when I open almost (Maybe all) games I have to click several times when I first open the game to make the game screen appear.
This is when there is a black screen when I run the exe, I have to click my left mouse button about 5 times quickly before the actual starting screen for the game opens.
If I don't click then it minimizes and I have to do it over.

Does anyone know any cause of this problem? And how I can fix it.
Its become really annoying.
