    Yesterday while on the net I clicked Majorgeeks front page URL at the same time as I clicked on Bazooka. Now my resolution on the MG front page ( as well as other Internet sites) is around 10-15% bigger than usual. The Majorgeeks hardware and software forums are still the same font size as usual. I'm using W98SE on my P2/400 laptop and have my resolution set to 1024x768 (as usual).

    Start--> Settings-->Control Panel--> Display shows 1024 x 768.

    I did a thorough cleanup of all stuff accumulated during the session. I have ZA, Avast running when on the net. I ran CCleaner, Cleanup!, Emptemp, PestPatrol, Bazooka, Spybot S&D, deleted Index.dat files. Also ran Nortons WinDoctor, Speeddisk, CWShredder and SFC (System File Check) after exiting the net session. I have done everything I can think of.

    I hoped it may be back to normal after booting up today and logging onto MG. MG front page is still bigger font than usual and other forums are not affected. Any ideas? Bazza

    Do you have the majorgeeks cookies protected at all bazza? just wondering if the cookie has save the text setting.

    goto front page and check IE's View > Text Size and is it medium?

    Thanks Halo and macadam for the quick replies. I should have mentioned that I run AOL v7 (UK version). It is a skin over IE (I believe). I don't load IE specifically in a session. I don't protect cookies at all. I delete them all, every session, using CCleaner and Cleanup!

    I am not sure what you mean by "goto front page and check IE's View > Text Size and is it medium? Wherabouts on the MG front page can I check on IE's view? Can't see it.

    Should I load IE specifically and go from there? Baz

    Sorry mate should have made that a bit more clearer.... open the MG front page in a browser window then in your browsers menus do you have View > Text Size?

    Check AOLs menus for similar then no harm in loading IE to check

    Thanks again Halo and mcadam. I loaded IE specifically and went to View--> Text size and it was set to largest (not by me). Reset it to medium and all is back to normal.

    Another weird issue solved. Thanks. :D :) :cool: Bazza
