Weird startup Sequence

    Sorry posted this earlier without title, dummy me.

    Trying to help my friend with his old laptop IBM R40. Everytime you turn the machine on does not boot straight into windows instead and intel boot agent pops up which I have to escape out of into windows. Any idea how I can remove this, stop from happening. Thanks, Sam.

    Also think about installing another 512 MB of RAM does this make that much difference to the performance. Sam.
