weird undeleteable files

i was using the "Ultimate Boot Disk" to partition my hard disk drive ... and I used some programs that i was unfamiliar with ... but I didn't save anything or do anything except look around the apps menus, other than what I knew ... but I found about 10 gigs or so of weird files(posted in the attachment and about 1.5GBs each) that i cannot delete ...either in safe mode or with eraser(eraser doesn't even detect them) ... they have no extentions and are called "System file" in the type column and are located @ C:\Windows

how do i delete them? and if anyone could tell me what they are would be nice

i used mostly boot manager and partition tools ... AFIAK I didn't change anything i didn't understand

ok ... i got it ...my system thought they were page files ... in the page file menu it says I had 13306 MBs... so i deleted the page file and was able to delete the files
