Welcome screen

    Is there a way to get rid of the welcome screen and go right to my start up screen? I have windows xp home, Thankx Alex

    Yes. One user account, no passwords, and all windows updates (there is a .net framework bug that keeps autologin from working).

    Thats what you need. Make sure the Welcome Screen is enabled in the event you turned it off.

    Typically, installing .net framework 1.1 sp1 fixes this logon problem. If, and only if, this is related to .net framework 1.1
