We've saluted them before ...but it's time again

    Thanks! That thread was a real pain! Until more info became available when more people on the net started sharing similar problems, it was diffcult to get this one fixed even though we could see the symptoms and some of the malware at work. The combination of rootkits, ADS, and file encryption made it a tuff one.

    It is not the longest thread though. We had one that was longer at 202 posts but from what I remember that user caused us to post multiple time for a load of steps due to an inability to follow directions.

    Yea, same here Chaslang, its a thread we all hate to have to go too, for I think we ALL dread malware. But it is reassuring to know if we get it your gang is there to help. YOUR GANG PUTS THE "ROCK' IN MAJOR GEEKS:cool: :)
