wff.dll in Internet Explorer

Hey!

Whenever I start Internet Explorer, I get this error:

As soon as I close out of this, I get this error:

I hit ok, and it closes the program (Gasp!) Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, since I use a different internet program, but this is interferring with my online games. They use Internet Explorer as the internet connection, and the can't get through. I have found wff.dll (C:\WINDOWS\system32), but when I try to delete it, it tells me 'Acces is Denied'. How can I get rid of it?!
