Around the desk:
5) Briefcase under the desk
6) Trash bin on the side
7) Right Cabinet door up above

8) You character's own hands

9) Annoying Manager's own pen.

 

Has anyone let the boss's speech play out all the way, it's hilarious!

I think you should be able to skewer the boss with the umbrella then open it, verifying that it is bad luck to open an umbrella indoors

 

The briefcase is the best!

or, the ruler,goin' for the quick kill, THWOK!!!!
