What about Microsoft!!!

    New computer...downloaded zone alarm, AVG, and find that my settings get reset...also what I downloaded yesterday disappears...saved the log sheet but don't know what to do. I also like using Mozilla but Micro doesn't like that either. Help!

    First recommendation would be to post this in the software forum. You will get much more specialized help that way.

    Next would be to include as much detail as possible. TBH, I can hardly tell what the problem is from your post, let alone what the cause might be. If you're not sure how to describe something, taking screenshots can be an immense help. There is a nice tutorial at the link.
