what can i do?

    i just got my broadband connection back up but the pages load really slow. the connection is excellent but the computer is lagging behind. Anyone know of any software or something i can do to speed up my pc? thanks

    You could try running SpyBot S&D and Ad-Aware SE Personal to see if they pick up any spyware/adware cause you may have either one of them which is possibly lowing down your connection speed. Or you could post your system spec's so we can see what you are running on... ;)

    As well, what have you been doing for system cleanup? Do you run disk cleanup, disk defragmenter. Here is another tool from this board which I also recommend...

    Plus have you downloaded any pictures, or any large files?
