what could be worng with my liteon cd-rw

i have a internal liteon cd-rw 52x32x52 i had it for alittle more thin a year (still have box and everything paid like $70 to $90 for it and hate for it to be going out already) but now it will not read any disks but it will write http://forums.majorgeeks.com/images/smilies/eek.gif does this mean that my cd-rw might be going out? and i should replace it? even tho it still writes like it was new i always keep it clean and keep the dust and stuff away from it. dont liteon have a warr. for 3years for there stuff? should i contact them about this?

 

ok i contacted them maybe i will get a anwser from them in this lifetime
i tried unhooking it and reconnecting it and i got the same problem i tried the cd-rw from that dell i am working on and it worked just fine so it has to be the drive so we will wait and see what they have to say about this

 

still no anwser from themhttp://forums.majorgeeks.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif oh well any ways i found something out the drive will read disk's like battlefield1942 and such but it will not read burned disk's (IE disk's i made with it that has drivers, freeware and such) does this mean that maybe the lens is just dirty?

 

where would i look for a firmware update for this and heres a screen shot of what the info tool gave me. no i don't have a cleaner cd. i tried one of them before on another cd-rom and it messed it up
