    My stepdad beat me when I was a child. We haven't spoken in many years. I never knew my biological father.

    A big fat happy fathers day, I'm slipping lately. I got him a watch for Christmas though and he got me jack so that should buy me some good will until his birthday on which we've planned a canal barge ride for him, recovering from throat cancer 'if that's possible' so deserves some fun.

    The barge ride sounds awesome!! I wish we could join ya!! My fella's also painting Dad's house at the moment so that's another Father's day treat. Hope your Dad really enjoys the outing mate. :)

    Haha got your fella trained up already:-D Nah dads not up to it, he won't go if he can't eat which he still can't after radiotherapy so have to think of something else. He's started harping on about a hose pipe reel to water his tomato's so that's an easy fix.
