what do I get?

    really nice thing, done me well for 5 year or so

    I want to
    throw out my Fs740 monitor


    so here's where I need some advice]
    I want to get a flat screen monitor, should I just check consumer reports or is there a good one I can buy? I dont game, strictly p0rn and documents and chat and chess and pron
    I want to use my laptop(asus 3070) as my main computer, but I want to use a different screen(the flat screen and I also want to use my old computer just as a hard drive

    is this possible?
    also, I need to get a new DSL router, so I have wireless powers for my computer and tivo
    what should I get?

    I prefer Samsung - nice crisp picture.

    You can put a screen on a laptop. I have my netbook set up with a VGA connection and use a Samsung 17" LCD when at my desk instead of the 7" netbook screen.

    My other two computers (both towers) are on a KVM switch attached to a 19" Samsung LCD.

    Make sure the LCD you get has a VGA connector (it might also have an HDMI) but you proabably only have VGA on the Compaq tower and the ASUS laptop.

    I put my old harddrive into a RocketFish and have it hooked to my laptop USB connected

    I'll get a flat screen later
    I know have two external harddrives
    cool
    now how do I get a girlfriend?
