What do I know about computers?

i have been to several interviews lately and am always asked ... what are your computer skills?

That sounds like such a big thing?

I always answer, I have none... probably why I never get the job.

I dont know how to answer the question

I am familar with a computer and know several things... How would I answer?

i know word
familiar with search engines
google groups
can use a mac or pc

dont know what else to say or even if this sounds good or not?

Well, if you are proficient in your capabilities in using a Mac & PC, I'd put some emphasis on that. IMO, the other three items aren't worth squat in a job interview.

 

Hmm. I gues that if you share with us what type of jobs you were interviewed for? It would be possible to try to provide some kind of Help.
